Life Cycle Asset Management

OES LCAM takes responsibility for drilling and floating assets across their whole life cycle, from reactivation and upgrade through operation, major maintenance and cold stack.

Projects are run through the APEX methodology, covering rig reactivations, upgrades, major maintenance and Special Periodic Surveys. A 24x7 technical field support team handles maintenance strategy, CMMS administration, vendor surveillance and budget forecasting for owners who want an outsourced technical department.

For laid-up rigs, LCAM's asset care service holds end-to-end operating responsibility, covering HSE and marine, flag and class, preservation and crew support. Rig services add jacking inspection and repair, CAT III and CAT IV recertification and oversight of OEM repairs.
