Where OES Group began, in Dubai in 1996. OES inspects, tests and certifies drilling rigs, production facilities and marine assets worldwide, from pre-contract audits and commissioning to NDE, hazardous area surveys and IRATA rope access, with inspection data captured digitally through ARCUS.

Life Cycle Asset Management
OES LCAM takes responsibility for drilling and floating assets across their whole life cycle. It runs reactivations, upgrades and Special Periodic Surveys through its APEX methodology, provides 24x7 technical field support, and holds full operating responsibility for laid-up rigs.

DSL
Construction
DSL designs, fabricates, refurbishes and installs drilling derricks, masts and substructures from its purpose-built facility in Great Yarmouth. Offshore, its crews deliver heavy lift, brownfield modifications, module installation and platform decommissioning.

JVS
Manufacturing
JVS builds the pressure control equipment at the heart of drilling operations: choke and kill manifolds, gate valves, drilling chokes, diverters and spools to API 6A, 16A and 16C, rated up to 15,000 psi. It also repairs and recertifies equipment, jacking gear and risers.

Arcus turns inspection and compliance work into structured asset data. RFID-based modules track dropped objects, lifting gear, EX equipment, hoses, bolts and BOPs, and the Arcus API connects that data to SAP, Oracle, Maximo and Microsoft Dynamics.
