OES Asset Integrity Management, a leading Global provider of inspection, rectification and asset support solutions to the Oil & Gas industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Adam Gibson as its new Vice President (Western Hemisphere).
Adam will be responsible for the operational, commercial, and contractual establishment of various new growth regions, starting with our new CARICOM flagship business located in Guyana.
Adam joins from a recent project in Guyana, within the Caribbean, where he took a small start-up company into a market leading and globally accredited business. Now he is returning to OES, where he originally started his career as an offshore engineer.
Richard Upshall, OES Executive Chairman, said of the appointment, “Adam has gained a lot of experience in recent years away from OES and we are very happy to have him back as part of the team as we go forward with OES into new and exciting opportunities.”
Adam Gibson commented, “It’s great to be back where it all started. Although the industry has some challenging times ahead, we are yet to see global peak in oil demand. Adam attained his BSc in Construction Project Management at the University of Northumbria and is currently advancing that to an MBA, along with being an active member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
