CURRENT EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER RECERTIFICATION PROGRAM

How long the lifespan of your Choke Manifold achieves will depend on regular inspection and replacement of degraded parts.

OES can provide a cost effective and time saving solution to inspect and replace parts on your existing manifold compared to standard OEM providers.

At the point of the 5 yearly API COC Expiry, we can provide the following service:

• Recertify the previous OEM’s dumb iron API 6A components onboard (spools, blocks, flanges etc). Any items found not suitable for recertification based on condition will be repaired or replaced with new
• Supply newly manufactured valves to replace existing OEM valves 
• Assemble and test the complete manifold onboard the rig and issues a complete COC package to become the Current Equipment Manufacturer of the complete manifold

This is completed in 3 stages:

Stage 1: manifold component survey (inspection)

Stage 2: dumb iron recertification in line with API standard processes / procedures

Stage 3: assemble w/ new JVS valves and pressure test complete manifold installed onboard – issuance of COC package
