OES Oilfield Services Group, a Global Third Party Audit and Inspection Company, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Mugridge as a new Business Development Manager for South East Asia.
David will be responsible for Business Development in South East Asia specifically for Singapore, Brunei, Australasia, China and Korea.
He has an impressive career spanning 25 years in Maritime Management and Off-shore Operations covering HSE, Maritime Security, Business Continuity Planning and Operational Management. David joins us from Noble Drilling, where he worked extensively in new-build rig and refit projects. During his time with Noble, he was initially the Marine Supervisor in Brazil and latterly the Start-up Superintendent for new build projects in Korea and Singapore. He continues to be a member of Adjunct Faculty at the Memorial University of Newfoundland; where he teaches Maritime Safety & Security, Incident Command and Maritime Compliance.

David studied at the University of Liverpool obtaining BA Modern History and Political Science, obtained MA in Defence Studies, King’s College London and MSc in Maritime Operations at Kingston University, London. He retired from the Royal Navy in 2007 having had two front-line commands and enjoyed numerous combat and operational tours of duty.
