OES Asset Integrity Management has attended the Oil & Gas UK Conference held at the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre this week.

The conference looked at how the sector will transition in the future and how businesses and processes and service offerings will diversify in the future.

The main topic was Vision 2035, which looks to add a generation of productive life to the UK Continental Shelf and expand supply chain opportunities at home, abroad and into other sectors.

George Byers, OES Regional Manager, Europe & Africa said of the event; “Great attendance from all major operators and service companies, all having the opportunity to relay their own views and plans for the future. Interesting to see everyone working together with the same goal to reduce our carbon footprint. Very encouraging to see that the Oil and Gas industry can and will survive for many years to come.”
