Staff at OES Asset Integrity Management in Dubai are limbering up to take part in the annual Emirates Unity NBD 10km Race on Friday 24th November.
The Emirates NBD Unity Run is a community event that aims to promote inclusion of persons with disabilities in education, workplace and everyday life. As well as promoting overall awareness of those with disabilities, it also supports a number of specialist training centres.
The Emirates NBD Unity Run supports the ‘My Community’ initiative launched by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council that aims to transform Dubai to a disability-friendly city by 2020.
The charities being supported by the event are:
• Al Noor Centre for Persons with Disabilities
• Senses Centre
• Emirates Red Crescent
